2. Exchange Process

  2. Mention your Order ID, product details, and the reason for exchange.
  3. Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch your replacement product.

3. Shipping & Charges

  • Customers may need to bear the shipping cost for sending the product back, unless the exchange is due to a defective/damaged or wrongly delivered item.
  • In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Gitakart will bear the reverse shipping charges.
