2. Exchange Process
- To request an exchange, please email us at sales@gitakart.in within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Mention your Order ID, product details, and the reason for exchange.
- Our customer support team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Once the returned product passes quality checks, we will dispatch your replacement product.
3. Shipping & Charges
- Customers may need to bear the shipping cost for sending the product back, unless the exchange is due to a defective/damaged or wrongly delivered item.
- In the case of a defective or incorrect product, Gitakart will bear the reverse shipping charges.

4. Conditions for Exchange Rejection
Gitakart reserves the right to reject an exchange request if:
